These studies provide a valuable tool for a company’s Marketing and Research & Development departments, providing a wealth of information:
- Anticipate the consumer’s reaction to the launch of the product, and better identify its weaknesses and strengths.
- Compare the assessment of several products by a group of people with specific characteristics to define the optimal formula to market.
These tests are generally performed on 100 consumers. They allow reliable statistical results to be established, and complement the data collected during clinical safety and efficacy studies.
